What does it look like?

1. Introductory Call

I want to hear about your current training routine, what your movement background is, and your history with injuries.

We will talk about your goals and figure out how to reach them.

2. Movement Assessment

Through a number of exercises for each category, we will gain a deeper understanding of your body, how it moves, what its strengths are, and which areas need more attention and balance.

3. Personal training plan

You will receive from me a detailed and accessible training plan tailored to your life and goals.

4. Ongoing personal guidance and support

We work together continuously to refine your technique and adjust the program as you progress and get stronger.

5. Training Period Summary

Once every 6 weeks, we will meet for a video call to summarize the recent period, celebrate progress, and prepare for the next period.

"In terms of my progress with the goals we set - everything is moving along amazingly.

Besides that, it's hard to explain in words the feeling of

freedom and capability in the body. It is felt directly in surfing and it is felt in day-to-day life."

"You have cleared my mind and given me so much independence.

I feel much more confident going out to train, knowing what to do, and how to adapt the exercises to what my body needs and asks for"

Hi, I'm Giti.
As long as I can remember, movement has always been a huge part of my life – as a child and teenager, I moved between countless worlds of movement and different disciplines: soccer, tennis, capoeira, breakdance, athletics, acrobatics, surfing, and more...
Over time, I realized that what really drives me is the feeling of flow that is created from the encounter with movement – those moments when the mind is quiet and the body simply reacts with complete freedom.
I realized that I wanted to know how to maintain and develop a body that would allow me to experience this as much as possible, one that could move freely and handle the loads that would come.
I set out on a journey of learning: I went through training and workshops with leading teachers in movement, handstands, strength, and bodyweight flexibility. I took what I researched and practiced directly into the field, and I led hundreds of trainees through group training, workshops, and personal processes toward a deep acquaintance with their bodies and the development of new abilities.
Today, I accompany people who want exactly that: to build a capable, strong, and resilient body that knows how to move with confidence and allows them to continue enjoying what they love without limitations.
